Dental Care Plans

DPAS CARE PLAN

➺You are assessed and placed into category (A-E) based on your existing dental condition and past dental work
➺ These fee exclude cosmetic treatments, laboratory fees , 50% of root canal treatment fees and 50% of crown and bridge work. Laboratory  fees are usually between £160 – £300

CHILDREN’S DENTAL CARE PLAN (5-18 years)

2 check-ups, 1 oral health education session with hygienist and 1 orthodontic assessment per year, 40% discount on baby teeth and 10% discount on adult teeth treatments, will cost approximately £6.99 per month.

CHILDREN’S PLAN (0-5 years)

Please note that children (under the age of 5 years) of adult plan members will be seen free of charge for six monthly examinations and advice, but not covered by supplementary Insurance

➺  The main reason we offer dental plan is because it gives you the opportunity to spread the cost of your preventative dental care and also benefit from Supplementary Dental Injury and Emergency Insurance

➺  For the practice it means that we can plan your regular dental care more effectively
We also have designed the comprehensive range of dental plans to reward loyal patients, who will have regular care planned in advance, providing them with the best chance of staying dentally fit and reducing the need for future treatment.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF JOINING OUR DENTAL PLAN?

It is much easier to spread the cost of your preventative dental care with monthly payments. It also gives you the peace of mind being covered by a Supplementary Dental Injury and Emergency access to a 24 -hour helpline.

HOW DO YOU JOIN OUR DENTAL PLAN?

➺  Joining is very simple. All you have to do is complete a registration form and direct debit mandate. In addition to your first monthly payment, an initial registration fee of £10 per person will be charged and will be included in your first direct debit pavement. If you choose to leave plan for any reason you can do by simply giving us a month's notice.
